To make bookings for our full in-house mastering service, contact us by phone or email us with your preferred time. This is particularly important for client attended sessions.
We will always try to fit you in when you have a "must do by" project, even if it's after hours.
MAIL ORDER
For our clients who cannot easily get to us at the studio, we have a simple mail order service which offers the quality assurance of our full in house mastering service, (if you're not happy, we do it again) but at a slightly more economical rate.
We also accept restoration projects by mail order.
Payment can be sent with the order or paid later, but either way will need to be processed and cleared before the final master is returned.
To ensure a smooth process, the following will assist us to get the best result with the fastest turn round time.
- Prepare the project on a suitable format (for info on formats click here)
- Include as much information as possible regarding what is required for the project, your return mailing address and email address
- If including payment with order, email us for confirmation of costs first
- Mail the package to us at the following address:

- Email us at bruce@babybear.com.au to let us know it’s on the way!
- When the project arrives with us, we will confirm the quote if required.
When the project is finished, we will email you to let you know it’s ready and confirm the costs.
You can then either:
- Mail out payment to us
OR
- Transfer the funds to our account
The completed project will be returned to you by express post.
NB. Whilst our quality assurance guarantees that if you are not happy with the result we will redo the work, we do not provide refunds.
