ABOUT
ORDERING ON-LINE
To place an order on-line, first complete the
registration
form. We will then send you your personalised
username and password, and details of
the ftp site along with a quote if you have provided information
about the work to be done.
Using your username and password, upload your file/s using an ftp
client (eg Filezilla) to our ftp site. (See
note on file size below).
We will then master the tracks and inform you
by email when the job is complete. As soon as we have received payment
into our account, the finished files will be put into your folder
on the ftp site for you to download.
If you have requested a CD master or reference CD, this will be
mailed out to you by express post.
Note on file size:
When sending us 24 bit files, the approximate size will be 15MB
per minute for stereo files! So for example, a 4 minute song will
be a 60MB file. The usual storage quota per customer is 200MB.
If you have several tracks to upload and you will exceed this quota,
or you are having a complete album mastered, it may be more convenient
to mail the files to us and have the finished album mailed back
to you.
MAIL ORDER
For our clients who cannot readily use the online
facility, or have a large number of tracks which would be cumbersome
to upload, we have a simple mail order system which offers the same
quality assurances and pricing.
We also accept restoration projects by mail order.
Payment
can be sent with the order or paid later, but either way will need
to be processed and cleared before the final master is returned.
To ensure a smooth process, the following will assist
us to get the best result with the fastest turn round time.
- Prepare the project on a suitable format

here)
- Include as much information as possible
regarding what is required for the project, your return mailing
address and email address
- If including payment with order, contact
us for confirmation of costs first
- Mail the package to us at the following address:

us to let us know it’s on the way!
When the project arrives with us, we will provide
a firm quote or confirm the one already provided.
When the project is finished, we will email you to let you know
it’s ready and attach an invoice.
You can then either:
- Mail out payment to us

- Transfer the funds to our account
- Or
- Use PayPal

The completed project will be returned to you by express
post
NB.
Whilst our quality assurance guarantees that if you are not happy
with the result, we will redo the work, we do not provide refunds.

STUDIO BOOKINGS
Due to our economical pricing structure, and the demands on studio
time, we do not generally encourage client attended studio bookings.
However, we will arrange bookings for attended sessions where time
permits for existing customers who prefer to work this way or by prior
appointment only. Rate:
$90 per studio hour incl. GST
Charged in half hour increments. Minimum charge of
one hour
